We were selling a 200 year old home, which is not an easy sell even though it was in pretty good shape. Old farmhouses are not for everyone, but he came in and staged it . It looked so nice. He took professional pictures of it and a 3 D video which was awesome. He puts a lot into advertising, which is so important.
I was impressed with his knowledge of all the aspects of real estate and all the classes he takes to keep up to speed. He was very responsive and reassuring when things got stressful. Everything went very smoothly at the closing because he did such a great job.
