There was no hard selling tactics, no fluff - Mark was always direct, straight to the point and extremely honest - everything we wanted in a realtor. Once we found the right home that we wanted to buy he had incredible negotiating skills and showed great patience as we negotiated for over a month. Eventually, we got what we wanted and Mark made sure that we were 100% satisfied. He went above and beyond to make sure that we were getting what we wanted.
