Mark is the kind of guy who could teach real estate. He had his act together and was well informed of all the intricacies that needed to be addressed on each home we viewed. He explained to us his entire background and how he got into real estate and how all of it was relevant to what we were trying to do, which is purchase a home. As someone who tries to be ahead of the curve on everything I encounter, and not having much background with the purchasing aspect of real estate, I was leary of even attempting to start the process but after meeting Mark for the first time I realized I could just let him pilot the process the whole time. You hear about these shady realtors that are just out to close no matter what, well Mark is the polar opposite of this. Granted he was compensated for his time and effort in helping us get into our house, I view more as a friend now more than anything. I ran into him at the local credit union about 4 months after closing and ended up chatting with him for at least an hour in the middle of the parking lot. He is definitely the best person to have on your side and you better hope that the other team doesn't have him, or you will be paying or receiving a lot less than you anticipated.

Mark is the only realtor you should consider. Not only is he one of the most informed and certified Realtors in the entire state of Vermont, but he’s is a go-getter for his clients. I should know, I hired him to buy my house and again years later when I needed to sell it. He will go above and beyond for you.
