He helped us find a good lender and worked with our loan officer to help us find a home within our budget. Overall, I don't think we could have asked for a better realtor than Mark! Catamount realty group as a whole was very professional and had everything we needed for a smooth closing on our new home.

He patiently walked me through every step, answered all my questions, made sure I was responsible for all inspections so that closing went smoothly. He went over and above to make sure I had something to sit on until closing after my furniture was quickly repurposed by family members, not collecting his furniture until the day before closing. And he’s extremely reasonable with his fees! I would recommend him in a heartbeat and my kids feel the same way. You can’t go wrong with Mark! (And he’s cute, too)
