When I recently decided to sell an investment property in Vermont, I interviewed several Realtors before retaining Mark Montross of Catamount Realty Group as a seller's broker. I was immediately impressed with his honesty, competence, grasp of the marketplace, and attention to detail.

Mark advised me to order a pre-listing inspection so that decisions could be made about correcting any major issues before placing the listing. He also knew which inspections were required by the state and arranged for them- the idea being to remove doubt in the buyers' minds and make the decision to buy easier. He staged the entire house with tasteful furniture and decor, took professional-quality photographs inside and out, produced a gorgeous walk-through video tour of the home, and included drone footage of the property in the listing.

The listing that he created was impressive. Mark brought diverse skills, knowledge, and tech together to provide a cutting-edge service. As I'm out of state, he also was kind enough to arrange for local contractors when needed.

I had eight bona fide offers after the first weekend the listing went active, and not one of them included an inspection contingency. Mark was very helpful with negotiations and contract terms, and procured the absolute best result He worked hard and got things done quickly, and I especially appreciated how promptly he returned my calls and wanted to please.
