Just West of the Green Mountains, Huntington lies at the center of the Huntington River valley.
Huntington has a population of around 2,000 people, sharing a lovely town center and community garden. Among its many broad agricultural fields and forests, the town of Huntington Vermont is home to the 4,083-foot (1,244 m) summit of Camel's Hump found in the towns northeast corner. Also, Huntington is home to the Huntington Gorge, a sought after sight for travelers.
