About Andrew Little:

With a strong foundation in social services, I bring a deeply people-centered and purpose-driven approach to real estate. My career began working with families and individuals facing some of life’s most challenging moments, navigating housing instability, trauma, and complex life transitions. In those roles, I became more than a service provider. I was a steady presence, a problem solver, and often, a trusted advocate during uncertain times.

That experience shaped how I approach real estate today. I developed not only practical skills like negotiation, resource coordination, and crisis management, but also something more personal: the ability to truly listen, to communicate with compassion, and to understand that every person’s story is unique. These core values remain at the heart of my work. Buying or selling a home isn’t just a financial decision; it’s an emotional one. It’s often tied to significant life changes, and I believe these moments deserve the kind of care and attention that puts people first.

Now, as a real estate professional, I use those same skills to walk alongside my clients during some of their most meaningful transitions. Whether it’s purchasing a first home, upsizing for a growing family, or moving forward after a life change. I prioritize clear communication, sharp attention to detail, and a calm, grounded approach to help my clients make informed, confident decisions. To me, success isn’t just about closing a deal. It’s about building real relationships and being a steady hand throughout the process.

Outside of real estate, my personal passions keep me connected to the “why” behind everything I do. I’m a proud member of Bikers Against Child Abuse (B.A.C.A.), an organization committed to creating safe spaces for children who have experienced abuse. Through this work, I’ve witnessed the profound importance of safety, trust, and advocacy, values that I strive to carry into every client relationship and transaction.

When I’m not working or volunteering, you’ll most likely find me out on the water, scuba diving, or exploring nature. These aren’t just hobbies, they’re how I stay grounded. Being on the water reminds me of the importance of staying calm in the midst of change. Scuba diving sharpens my awareness, attention to detail, and ability to stay present, just like in real estate. And time in nature offers perspective and humility, which I bring into every professional interaction.

From social services to real estate, everything I do is guided by a single mission: to serve others with integrity, empathy, and precision. Whether you’re buying, selling, or just looking for the right guidance, I’m here to make sure your journey is one rooted in trust, clarity, and care
