Shelburne Homes

Shelburne is a suburb of Burlington, located to the south of South Burlington and north of Charlotte. The town is home to many tourist and local's attractions such as the Vermont Teddy Bear Factory, Shelburne Museum and Shelburne Farms. The town is also famous for Fiddlehead Brewery and Shelburne Vineyard, both located across the street from one another off Route 7. Shelburne also maintains a beach on Lake Champlain which has a nature park and a boat launch. The town also has a variety of small, local amenities such as the Shelburne Market and the General Store. The town is also located about 15-20 minutes north of Mount Philo, an easy and popular hiking/picnic destination for visitors and residents, which offers beautiful views of Lake Champlain and the Adirondack Mountains. Those who opt out of hiking the small mountain may drive up it, on the paved road.
